- What happens after two weeks?
- On day 15 you're charged $14.95, and monthly after that. We email you on day 11 with the date and amount so it's never a surprise. Cancel any time before or after.
- Is my puppy aggressive?
- Almost certainly not. Hard mouthing, growling during play, and going wild in the evening are normal in puppies and usually mean overtired, overexcited, or under-exercised. If something genuinely concerns you, the app will say so and tell you to see a trainer in person.
- How do I cancel?
