Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Puppy Kindergarten ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Puppy Kindergarten provides personalized puppy training plans, AI-powered assistance, and tracking tools to help you train your puppy. The Service is intended for informational purposes and should not replace professional veterinary or dog training advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Subscription and Billing

$1 for your first two weeks. Then $14.95/month, starting day 15.

There is no free tier and no free trial. A payment method is required at signup. Your card is charged $1 at signup, which covers your first 14 days. On day 15 you are charged $14.95, and $14.95 every month after that, until you cancel. Everything is included from day one — there are no locked features and no separate tiers.

We email you on day 11, three days before the first monthly charge, with the exact date, the exact amount, a one-click cancel link, and a one-click keep link.

Prices are in US dollars. If we change the price of your subscription, we will tell you before the change takes effect and you may cancel.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time, in one click, from your account settings or from the link in any reminder email. There is no phone call, no form, no survey and no retention offer. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then.

Refunds are honored freely through your first month. If you are charged and change your mind, email support@puppykindergarten.com and we will refund it, no questions asked. The full policy is on our refund policy page.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the same terms apply, but cancellation and refunds are handled by the store under its own policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Puppy Kindergarten is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including any harm to you or your puppy. Always consult a professional for serious behavioral or health concerns.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
