Refund Policy

What you are charged

$1 for your first two weeks. Then $14.95/month, starting day 15.

Your card is charged $1 at signup, which covers your first 14 days. On day 15 you are charged $14.95, and $14.95 every month after that, until you cancel.

The reminder

We email you on day 11, three days before the first monthly charge, with the exact date, the exact amount, a one-click cancel link, and a one-click keep link. You will not be charged $14.95 without that email arriving first.

Refunds

Refunds are honored freely through your first month. If you are charged and change your mind — for any reason, or for no reason — email support@puppykindergarten.com and we will refund it. No questions asked, no conditions, no form to fill in.

After your first month, we will still refund the most recent charge if you got in touch because you forgot to cancel. Just ask.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually clear in 5-10 days.

Cancelling

You may cancel at any time, in one click, from your account settings or from the link in any reminder email. There is no phone call, no form, no survey and no retention offer. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then.

App Store purchases

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the terms are identical, but cancellation and refunds are handled by the store under its own policy. Manage the subscription from your device's account settings.
